But if you “exercise” a muscle for seven days a week, once in the morning and once during the night, then you’re essentially going nowhere. Not only are you hastening the process by making your body lose weight fast because of this torture of yours, but basically, you’re not allowing that muscle to “recover” and heal enough to adapt to the sudden change in its activity. If you just won’t like to be held back from your sworn mission of achieving your perfect body, then at least put a little “variety” in your exercises; instead of “doing” your quadriceps for this day, why not try working on your upper body for now?
